Rachel Abrams is a writer and designer. As Creative Director at
Turnstone Consulting LLC, she designs people-friendly, technology-mediated experiences for commercial spaces and public places. Having worked at Imagination (USA) Inc. on client projects for Samsung, Intel and others, her collaboration with Imagination continues for Taxi 07. Previously, she worked for IBM, defining design/technology standards for ibm.com, and at Nokia, making interface design recommendations for cell-phones.

mobility, and for Hailstone,
a loyalty program for New York cabs, have
met critical acclaim. She writes about the
social implications of design and technology

by The
Economist, Adobe,
BBC, eDesign, Frieze, Graphics
International, and others.
